C-suite executive coaching

We offered a coaching support of 25 hours for each senior leader nominated for the executive succession pool, delivering a blend of face-to-face and virtual coaching. In addition, we facilitated executive session pool development events at the client’s headquarters.

Global talent programme

A three-day seminar to develop international team and leadership skills to a an elite group of 15 nominated individuals, which included outdoor experiential learning activities. Pre-event psychometric profiles were conducted, with feedback integrated into the workshop.

Building a high-performing international team

A two-day team building event for the team which combined expert input and activites on the topic of high performing international teams, combined with facilitation (and feedback) of team discussion of strategic and operational issues.

Collaborating internationally

Over the course of five years, we ran approximately thirty workshops around the world to groups of up to forty people. Delivered with internal client facilitators, the training blended technical and international communication skills inputs, with a strong focus on optimising business performance.

Working in international projects

The training programmes created greater understanding of the core challenges of working in international projects – the psychological, the interpersonal, the intercultural, the technical and the organisational. Participants learned new thinking and behavioural patterns designed to facilitate cross-border working, and the confidence to engage and collaborate authentically and openly. As a real working group they used the workshop to contract agreed and effective behaviours to adopt during the project to deliver results.
